Prepare, season, and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Ensure proper food presentation and portioning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Monitor food stock and communicate needs for reordering
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
Perform other related duties as assigned by the head chef or management
High school diploma or equivalent
Culinary or vocational training in cooking is a plus
At least 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen staff in a restaurant or food service environment
Experience with Filipino dishes or comfort food preparation preferred
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies
Starting at ₱12,000–₱16,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
