Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance

  • Ensure excellent customer service and food quality

  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control

  • Train and supervise kitchen and service staff

  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Handle customer concerns professionally

  • Prepare sales reports and achieve financial targets

  • Develop and implement marketing promotions with the owner/marketing team

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

 

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Additional Requirements
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and cost management

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Salary

Starting at ₱20,000–₱30,000 per month, depending on experience
