Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations and cost management
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Starting at ₱20,000–₱30,000 per month, depending on experience
