Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higer plan at any time directly from your dashboard as your business grows.

How much are reload credits?
You can purchase credit packs to top up your account. The price is the same for both order and reservation credits, but they are purchased as separate packs.

  • 1,000 Order Credits: $20 / ₱1,000

  • 1,000 Reservation Credits: $20 / ₱1,000

All purchased credits (from your initial RELOADABLE plan or any reloads) are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.


What happens when I use up my reload credits?

When you use up all your credits, your website's ordering and reservation features will be temporarily paused, but your site will remain online. To reload, simply purchase credit packs on your dashboard or send us an email. Please note: To keep our platform active for all users, accounts on the RELOADABLE plan that have no credit activity (no reloads) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be considered inactive, and the associated website will be taken down.

Are there any other hidden transaction fees?
Foodpreneur does not charge any transaction fees. You will only be subject to the standard processing fees from your chosen payment gateway (like GCash, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! The ability to connect your own custom domain (e.g.,
www.mycafe.com) this feature is included in all our Yearly plans (Start, Grow, and Thrive).

2 The initial setup and design package includes:

  • Installation of your chosen website theme

  • Main webpages with placeholder content

  • Uploading your logo, banner, contact form, and sample menu

You are then responsible for adding other content. We provide tutorials and guides, or you can purchase our full website setup service for assistance.
